“I have a 23 y/o system that has been absolutely solid. Recently I’ve had issues with the one of the doors not always closing even after insuring the sensors were aligned. Chris was here on time, pleasant and professional. When I asked if the openers needed to be replaced he stated the system I had was one of the strongest motors they carried and they are no longer available. He further explained that over time the sensors do not function as well as new. Replacing the sensors would and did fix that problem. Additionally he mentioned that the circuit boards were discontinued but that Overhead still had some in stock. I purchased 2 boards to utilize at a later date (which cost less than one replacement system). Finally he lubricated our 2 y/0 hurricane doors and showed me exactly what I should do every six months. Overhead door and their technician Chris are an outstanding example of a quality product and customer service. Kudos!!”
